I just made a salad of brown rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes and all kinds of yummy Mexican seasonings to serve over butter lettuce leaves. Good dinners for us, eh?

I've been using vinegar and olive oil as a marinade for sun dried tomatoes lately and I just made a wrap with pita bread, guacamole, fresh tomato, and marinated sun dried tomatoes.
OMG.
It was so good.
