My fave vegetarian cookbooks are all by Molly Katzen. My fave vegan cookbooks are from the "Skinny Bitch" series. :D

Go to the library and check out various vegetarian and vegan cookbooks to get an idea for the ones you like and don't like. There are lots out there.

There's a nutrition and cooking forum on this team, go have a look at some of the existing threads there.

I'd also recommend the Vitalita free e-book with lots of tasty, attractive and healthy recipes, see here: www.vitalita.com/vcg/cookbooks/

Welcome,
Alan

I do not eat any meat, poultry or seafood, but I eat milk products and eggs. Eggs mainly in baked goods.

There are LOTS of recipes in the Spark Recipes located under Healthy Lifestyle. Check it out and find what appeals to you and sounds tempting!

"Good recipe" ? --- there are three opinions in my family of three about what's "good".

I am a semi vegetarian. The only meat I normally eat is chicken, turkey, or tuna. I don't eat red meat or pork, and if I do it's very rarely. Does anyone have any good recipes for vegetarian or vegan meals?
