Thanks. I don't think I have Lyme. I have done lots of research online and I know what you mean. I've read message boards where it seems like cleansing becomes an obsession or addictio. It's hard coping with long term health problems, when doctors dont have good answers or solutions. I plan to do this twice a year, and stick with clean, vegan eating as much as possible, since most pathogens thrive with sugar and chemical additives.
I belong to a Lyme support group, on my DIL's behalf, and the people in that group are constantly cleansing trying to get rid of parasites and other co-infections related to Lyme disease. The problem of getting rid of the dead parasites and toxins sounds rough, often worse than the symptoms of the problems they are trying to defeat. The support group is a closed group but if you want to talk with anybody in the group send me a direct message.

I'm a week in to a 30 day herbal cleanse. It works on the whole body and rids of things like parasites and Candida. I'm drinking lots of water and doing epsom salt foot baths, but still having die off symptoms, like being very tired, headache, feeling of fullness in my head. I know this is normal, and I'm allowing my body to rest while its working hard. I was wondering if anyone else has done a cleanse, and how soon you began to feel better?
