Good morning all! Maybe we could make this our daily check in and chat thread?? Just a thought. So sorry you're not feeling well. I spent the morning out with the doberdogs then went to the farm for some just picked veggies ,apples and grapes,I love fall! Off to work tonight but have my lentil stew,hummus and carrots,salad and fruit all packed! It's a long night till midnight,so I eat lite during the day,had 2 green smoothies! Have a great day all! A sinus infection can definitely make you feel under the weather. Are you taking any antibiotics for it?
There are some in the diet world who say not to drink caffeine, but I'll tell ye, a cup of coffee really helps me when I feel tired in the middle of the day.
Check, also, to see that you are eating a balanced diet with all the proper food groups represented and, that you are getting eight hrs. of sleep per night. You could also consider a multi-vitamin if you are already eating properly. I almost forgot, exercise gives us energy as well. I remember coming home from work years ago feeling too tired to even want to prepare a meal. But, when I forced myself to go outside and exercise, I got a second wind of energy for the evening. It surprised and pleased me greatly. Do you find that when you exercise as well?
