On your Nutrition tracker, scroll down and select the button on the right which says "Change Nutrition Goals"
On the nutrition goals page, you can add/delete any of the nutrients you want to track. I track iron and B-12 for instance.
At the bottom of the goals page, unselect the box next to "I want to use SparkPeople's meal plans" and you will no longer have SP mealplans in your tracker.
You can now add your own food each day with a clean slate. =)
