HBO always has the best docs. Personal accountability is only part of the obesity problem and I'm glad they discussed that in the series.

Tonight's HBO documentary Weight of the Nation was really good. No reference to Vegetarians but a lot of good basic information about weight loss. I missed part one but I'm sure it will come around again. For me it's back to the basics plus mindful eating......I think! Most of what was talked about is what Sparkpeople is all about.
