I've tried some of the recipes in the past. They're easy and you don't need a lot of hard-to-find items.

How can we encourage Sparkpeople to put out a vegan meal plan there for us. I have taken the vegan challenge and I like it, but with an active 2 year old, an 8 year old with adhd, a disabled husband, and attending college full time, I don't have time to figure out all my food and be sure I'm getting enough nutrients. I am planning to go back to the vegetarian plan when the month of March is over.
