You can do that here. Go to Spark Recipes from the top bar Healthy Lifestyle or from your Nutrition page then Recipe Calculator. Simply follow the steps for itemizing your ingredients and it will give you a full nutritional breakdown. You can save the recipes and nutritional info by making yourself a cookbook.
Just noticed: The Quick Links will connect you to the Spark Recipes too.
for taking on the challenge of making your own recipes. It's fun!

I wrote on one of my veggie groups (may have even been here) asking how to breakdown a recipe I make into the number of calories, fat, etc. in it. I was asking if the recipe section here is where one can do that, or if you all know of a website where one can do that? (Having a senior moment--can't remember where I posted that question at and now can't find it! Ha!)
My new program will be going mostly by counting calories and fat, and since I'm making more of my own recipes, I'm finding it hard to count calories when I don't know how many are really in one of my homemade recipes!
I'd be very grateful for any suggestions you have to offer!
