Wow, it really IS super quiet around here! How are you all doing? Is anyone out there? LOL!
We are nearing time again for a Team Lunch - and a Team Walk... what are your busy schedules like after the holiday weekend?! Let me know and I will try to get something set up soon!
Are any of you traveling for the holidays? We are staying local this year and looking forward to a low key weekend with friends and family! We all pitch in with the meal on Thursday - so it's not all on one person. It works out great and since two of the 3 of us are Sparkers - we get to tweak the recipes enough to be able to enjoy the traditional foods without completely blowing the range!
Tomorrow is a run day - I am on Week Four in the C25K program. I hope to run late morning as I first plan to sleep in! (Priorities, I know?) On Thursday, we are hiking the Cowiche Canyon Loop - and Friday will be a run day again... we'll see if I can stay on track!

I am still playing with the same 3 pounds - back DOWN this week... but a friend gave me a pair of jeans - a size 12 pair of Levi's. I was reluctant to even try them on as I have not lost anything for so long - but I did and I was beyond thrilled to find that they fit great... not tight at all!
Off to do my ST before BL starts!
