I am a local Zumba and Clogging Instructor.

I am starting a new ZUMBA GOLD class next week in West Sacramento at the Sacramento Performing Arts Co. Zumba Gold is PERFECT for those who have never tried Zumba. It is a little lower impact but 100% of the fun! Maybe this will help me jump back on the bandwagon and get this weight off!!

I have been walking my dogs at Discovery Park. As soon as I am stronger, back to the gym also.

Each day we begin again.

Thanks so much, I would love to walk the Park with my doggy...... just working up to that now, and zumba looks like such fun. What I am doing is swimming and water aerobics everyday, for 90 minutes at least 5-6 days a week...... its working I feel better ~

Just for today ..... it really is one day at a time

I jog/walk Land Park...love it outside, especially since it has cooled down (a little bit) with Fall!

I have a home weight training set up plus treadmill & elliptical, but I also go to various yoga classes and go hiking (or just walking with some of my 'in-town' friends) and biking a lot in the area. I also like to dance, so looking at joining a group to do that more regularly.

Well I am going to Cal Fam Fit in Roseville and Citrus Heights for the last six weeks.
I like water aerobics and tai chi and zumba and group strength training. I can run on the treadmill but I keep forgetting my earbuds so I can watch TV while walking... Not ready for elliptical. I am not willing to do spin either.
I also still walk twice a week with friends and a 30 minute mile, daily, which I need to speed up on but I really don't want to..... Yet!
