Well I am going to Cal Fam Fit in Roseville and Citrus Heights for the last six weeks.
I like water aerobics and tai chi and zumba and group strength training. I can run on the treadmill but I keep forgetting my earbuds so I can watch TV while walking... Not ready for elliptical. I am not willing to do spin either.
I also still walk twice a week with friends and a 30 minute mile, daily, which I need to speed up on but I really don't want to..... Yet!
