Last night I went out for my nightly walk and got to thinking about how I used to go out for a nightly run. I used to run 3 to 5 miles daily and even ran a marathon once. A crazy idea came into my head to jog just a little bit so I did. I couldnt make it far before I was winded so walked and then again jogged. I did this several times during my walk and I have to say is GOD it felt so good. I was breathing hard and my shirt was sticking to me from sweating. I made a goal to eventually run a 5K who knows maybe do the Eppies run. I know I have a long way to go. I need to lose 100 lbs but Ive started on that and also starting my training for a 5K
