I've done pole dancing classes and am hoping to do more. It's fun and you do feel sexy doing it. It also helps develop upper arm muscles and other muscles that you never thought you had but can feel the day after. The only problem that I had was the bruises on my legs. But it's really fun. I would like to actively do it but may have to be content as doing pole dancing class, once or twice a week -in September. Unfortunately my schedule is very hectic right now and also have car issues. So hubby and I are sharing my car and it's not that fun. To anyone doing it, I will see you soon!!
