I'm reading a good book by Allison Brennan. I just recently started reading books by her and she is really good! I also read a book by Karen Robards. I had never heard of her and her book was one of the best I've ever read! Reading really relaxes me:)

DANG! July is flying by peeps!!! (Sorry about getting the July thread started so late...)

The July Spark People calendar identifies July for "31 Days to Less Stress".

After the last few weeks I've had w/my dad being in the hospital, and company for 3 weeks, I need some LESS STRESS DAYS BABY! Anyway if you have time, check out the July calendar and try to incorporate some of the less stress suggestions and ideas into your month. Biggies for me is to get some yoga into my routine, declutter my desk, try some aromatherapy w/bubble bath & take a weekend trip w/hubby.

We look forward to hearing from each other every month. Even if things are getting a bit crazy this month, please take a few minutes each week to let us how your doing.
