Can you believe that June is here!? Well it is, so its time for a June chat thread :-)
The June Spark People calendar identifies June for "30 Days to an Active Lifestyle".
As we know, many of our health and weight problems that we face today are related to a lack of physical activity. Although we're "on the run" during the day, we're sedentary as we drive, work, watch TV and use the computer. On top of that, modern technology gives us time-saving shortcuts (dishwashers, car washes, remote controls...) that encourage us to do even less. This month, lets try to increase our activity every day this month!
