And a reminder - from SP'S DECEMBER CALENDAR Don't shop on an empty stomach. It can lead to overeating on the unhealthy food court fare. Also stash some emergency healthy snacks in your car or purse. Try nuts, whole grain crackers and dried fruits.
I think the key word is busy.....Take time to breathe, think, exercise even if you have to scale down. It's important for me to stay with the nutrition tracker, it helps decide if I really want something to eat or not. I love to listen to music and look at the christmas tree..

I missed the meetup too -- just too busy on that day also. Yes, we are now into the annual "Way Too Busy & WAY Too Much Food" season! I like the idea of identifying trouble spots, & planning how to avoid them.

How was the meet up on Tuesday? I wanted to come but had a meeting on the Northwest side of Roseville. It just would not have worked. I hate driving the freeways at night. Sooo busy.
