Hey - I found Brook's phone number. She had given it to me as I planned to attend one of her jewelry parties, but in the end couldn't make it. Any opinions on whether it would be out of line for me to call her?

Hi all! I'm Karen. 50, single, but in a committed relationship with a great guy. I've got 3 adult kids - Adrienne 26, RJ 20 and Austin 18. I fell off the wagon over the holidays and have a few pounds to lose. I'm back to exercising every day, so that should help.

I'm Erin, 41, married to Paul, mother to 4-year-old Kate, and we live in Land Park. I get up at 5:30 to work out, though today I just couldn't bring myself to do a real workoug - I have rheumatoid arthritis and it's really kicking up today with the rain coming. I did take my dog for a 20-minute stroll though, so at least I got moving.
"Our lives are not determined by what happens to us, but how we react to what happens; not by what life brings us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. It is a catalyst, a spark, that creates extraordinary results. " -- Source Unknown
