Did a yoga workout this morning, first time in ages, man it was HARD. Felt good though, I just love both the physical and mental aspects of yoga.
Otherwise, I've tracked everything I've eaten the last 2 days, trying to get back into tracking to stay mindful.
How's everyone else doing on this dreary gray day?
