Hi everyone! I'm back on track these past two days too, and it feels good. Since it gets dark so early I've been a little bit worried about getting out to do exercise, but my DH has gone walking with me both nights this week. So far so good.

I'm at work... back from last week's vacation. I did 60 minutes of circuit training today. I've been good about getting my hour-long walks in every day, but no so good with what I'm eating. I'm still under 120, so I'm happy, but I need to get back on track.
Did a yoga workout this morning, first time in ages, man it was HARD. Felt good though, I just love both the physical and mental aspects of yoga.
Otherwise, I've tracked everything I've eaten the last 2 days, trying to get back into tracking to stay mindful.
How's everyone else doing on this dreary gray day?
