Pretty boring for me. I plan on getting all my laundry done, find the stink in the garage (stink really bugs me), maybe get a walk in around the new hood I moved into in August.
In a prebariatric program hoping to get approval for weight loss surgery.
I'm heading to a coworkers wedding on Saturday, and otherwise have an amasingly quiet weekend. I'll probably see about getting a bike ride in with DH one day.
Uh...healthy? What's that? LOL! Tomorrow we're going wine-tasting with friends, and Sunday we're spending at my ILs - my MIL doesn't believe in low-cal or low-fat. So I'll definitely be having to watch portion sizes all weekend!
I didn't get up and exercise this morning because I got home so late last night (went to see Color Purple, which was excellent)...but I will definitely work out Sat and Sun mornings.

Waiting on the cable guy on Sat.
Then going to church for lunch
then on to my Son's house to take him his Birthday present.
Then back home in time to soak in the tub and do my nails and settle back and watch the new channels!!
I am going to give the big package of channels a try and see if I will really watch it. There are some good exercise channels on it--- if I use them it will not be as expensive as joining a gym.
Sunday morning is church and then just a walk will be nice. Maybe even a NAP---like that could happen!

I don't know how healthy my plans are, but they're plans!
We're taking my SIL out to dinner tonight for her birthday, but I'm going for a bike ride today so I should be alright.
Tomorrow we're going to see a friend's band perform in CH, which will probably include drinks, but I'll be running and doing ST.
11/17 - 11/24 Goals:
*Exercise daily (C25K, ST, & Cycling)
*Eat a larger breakfast
*Prepare myself for a HEALTHY weekend
