I didn't write down any thing for Monday. I told myself I need to be aware of what I was eating. That was fine until I went through the Carls' Jr. Drive thur for my hubby at 9:00 at night. big Opps.

I didn't do so hot over the weekend for eating or exercising. I didn't do TOO badly, just not great either.

I'm really excited about this week's weather. I'm going to get outside and cover some miles!

So, I did pretty horrible on my calories over the weekend, but did manage to get in a lot of exercise. We'll see how I even out when I weigh in tonight.

Take it easy Karen. I need to get mor ein the habit of bringing a bottle of water with me when I go for my walks!

I took a long walk on the bike trail on Saturday and over did it. I had to take a break at the park to re-hydrate and cool down. That did me in for Sunday, too. I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things today.

50 is the new 30.

Jaycee, you are so awesome! I'm so glad to see that you're kicking butt!

I spent Friday night in Oakland at a NIN conert (AMAZING & HOT!!), spent Saturday walking around Six Flags in Valencia, and then all day yesterday driving home. I haven't had a chance to input any of my calories or exercise, but I'm hoping I did okay!

I have my 3 mile walk planned for lunch, ST after dinner, and a small amount of swimming as well!

I didn't reach my goal of 3500 calories burned last week so we'll see if I can meet that this week!

Wow, you go girl!

I ate some junk at our party this weekend, but nearly as much as usual because it was so dang hot, I just wasn't hungry! And it was too hot to drink alcohol, I didn't want to sweat that much more, so I only had one little cup of wine and otherwise just drank bottle after bottle of water. I did hit the leftover brownies yesterday a bit, but I brought all the remaining goodies into work today so everyone else can have all those calories!

Good Morning all,
As of this morning I am officially the sparksacramento team fitness leader! Go me! (I was the leader when Brooke first created the page, but ended up around 5th on average. I believe my bike commute in the morning has bumped me over the edge! This was a goal of mine (to be fitness leader @ least once per month) and I made it! YAY!

So bike commuting is going good thus far. I'm actually looking forward to riding in in the mornings. I was highly active the entire weekend also. I did 2 tae bo DVDs on Saturday, and one on Sunday. Sunday also consisted of an hour of yardwork and 1.5 hours of painting (my last room is finally finished! YAY!!!
I even went to a baby shower and did not partake in the fattening foods. I was so proud of myself.
Anyways, I hope everyone had a great weekend and have a great day!
