Jaycee, you are so awesome! I'm so glad to see that you're kicking butt!
I spent Friday night in Oakland at a NIN conert (AMAZING & HOT!!), spent Saturday walking around Six Flags in Valencia, and then all day yesterday driving home. I haven't had a chance to input any of my calories or exercise, but I'm hoping I did okay!
I have my 3 mile walk planned for lunch, ST after dinner, and a small amount of swimming as well!
I didn't reach my goal of 3500 calories burned last week so we'll see if I can meet that this week!
11/17 - 11/24 Goals:
*Exercise daily (C25K, ST, & Cycling)
*Eat a larger breakfast
*Prepare myself for a HEALTHY weekend
