Good Morning, My Favorite Sacramentians! How are you all doing today?
Evasome made a great suggestion about doing an organized walk as a SparkTeam event. There is on coming up on Sept. 28th for Autism and is just a short 3 mile walk. When I have more information I will post it up and see what you all think.
I did a 50 minute walk at lunch yesterday and I plan on doing it again. This time I brought sun screen and a hat! I'll definitely bring a bottle of water with me too!
When I got home after work I made a delicious recipe, the in-laws rescheduled. I'm going to post it up later. I can't believe how good it was!
We took the dogs for a much needed walk and I was exhausted. I stayed in all of my ranges and got 66 minutes of exercise! Boy, did it feel good!
I have an orientation today after work (6-8) so I'm going to go to the gym after that for squats and lunges. I'm SO excited about those... Well, not really... I'll be more excited when they're over!
