Hello! What a good day - Jaycee and I played some tennis - very fun! She was up for way more SparkMinutes than I was as I had to go back to work....but at least we got out there.
I would kinda like another snack. I have a couple hundred kcal I could get into....maybe I will...maybe I won't....Hey! my little tomato plant should have a bunch of cherry tomatoes. I could have that! Back in a minute, off to the harvest.

My back is better today. Last night i was able to get 60 minutes of very careful exercise in so I'd stay on track and sleep good.

Good morning! It is very good to be back - I missed you guys! Thank you all for your kind words and support during this difficult time. I am happy to have such wonderful friends here !
Well, I am starting over. I missed my workouts for a couple of weeks, and my eating was rather sporadic. Finding it difficult to take that first step and get back into the workout routine. Still feel sad and that doesn't help either. I will try to get at least some exercise in today. I am starting to feel tired from the lack of it.

Sounds like everyone is doing so well! I'm a little frustrated because my fridge isn't freezing in the freezer part anymore and I just called them and they are saying noone can come out today to look at it! What am I supposed to do about all my frozen foods that are melting away????? ARG!!!! Anyway, my workouts were good yesterday. I did Tae Bo for 45 mins and broke down a bunch of boxes, so I felt productive. I also did some cleaning which counts so that was good. Tonite I'm playing tennis with Suzy and I'm stoked! Jay :)

Good morning...I'm about to drag myself to the cafeteria for a second cup of coffee...must...have...caffeine! I guess my early morning workouts do make a difference, because I didn't work out today and I am just groggy as all get out!

I am back and on a roll right now. I took a long break but I am making new goals and getting serious this time.

Howdy everyone! How's your Tuesday going so far? Did your Monday shape up to be all you wanted it to be?
I ended up going to the movies last night with my BF and his parents. We saw XFiles and I would highly recommend NONE of you go to it! I didn't watch the series, but everyone else did and not a one of them thought the movie was any good!
Once we got home from the movie we took the dogs to the school playground to have a nice little run and get rid of all their pent up energy. Then I hit the sack!
I got up this morning at 5 and headed to an Xbike class. I got a bum bike and ended up only working out for about 30 minutes.
This afternoon I have an eye appointment and then home to yummy enchiladas! I'll be going to the gym for some cardio too.
