Tiff, I know what you mean! I had lost weight, and fell off of the great track I was on. However, I did lose 10.5 lbs in the past 2 weeks, so that is motivating. I have been in the gym a lot and working really hard. Good Luck

Um, I just happened to wonder back to SP, after moving, my diet got so totally off. Well, the whole moving process (plus moving in w/the inlaws until they move out), took a couple of months, argh! I was down to the 190's (aahhh, it's been so long I can't even remember exactly now), but now I'm 203! How frustrating. I know that Christmas time will once again throw off my diet, (alway something), but I want to try to get a running start before New Years. My husband brought in treadmill today, so at least, now I can feel like I can try to do something about this.

It is ok Kimberly you will get it off again. It could be water weight if it is that time of the month or if you have not be drinking your water. try flushing your body with water and see what happens. Good lunck

Are we counting total weight loss, or just for the week. I am assuming since you posted 12lbs., we must be talking total. Well, I was down 22lbs., but gained five back so, my total is 17lbs.

12lbs. + 17lbs. = 29lbs.

Another fun thing to do would be avg. weight loss.

29lbs/2 people = 14.5lbs.

Do you measure yourself. I haven't yet, but always have been intending. Perhaps another fun way to track could be inches lost!

I though since alot of us are falling of the wagon. That helping each other will showing how much weight we have lost as a team would be encouraging.

So I will start it off with the next post. But you would put it down like this

total team loss + your weight loss = new total weight loss.
