I haven't been getting my regular walks in lately but have been more than making up for it with my gardening. I have been shoveling dirt to top up my 14 garden boxs and raking etc. My lower back is really feeling it! Hate when I find a muscle that I haven't used for a long time!

My youngest didn't go for a nap at all today so
I took both kids outside and did some gardening, then shopping (usually the car ride puts my son to sleep but not today argggg - at least he was happy)
then we went for a walk.

I was so sore in my legs from yesterday. So I did 100 sit ups today and 80 arm circles. To take the stress off my lower half. lol

I tried the Baby and Me Bootcamp at the local Y. 45 minutes worth of sweat. Feels good to be active again.

Because my little one went down for a nap this morning emoticon , I was able to get in 40 minutes on the elliptical and do some strength training.

How is everyone else doing today? Let's burn those calories!!!
