I have a 2 month old as well, and it's tough right now to find time to exercise. Well really to find time for anything that isn't feeding, changing or holding a baby.
I am trying to get out for walks with him around the neighborhood. It's hard to get out the door since that's so much work, so I also bought a dance video game and have been able to get to that a couple times this week when he was sleeping.
If you are looking for a weight loss partner I'd be happy to team up with you. I have a lot to go weight loss wise, and want to use the breastfeeding metabolism boost to do it.

First off let me say: You are brave and awesome!!! I couldn't do that with two children!!! You are awesome!! I have one suggestion: When I put my child down for bed, he requires me to stay in the room while he goes to sleep, while I am in there and even though it's dark. . .I do crunchs and leg lifts reps. He has no idea and I am serving the purpose of being in there, so if you could you may want to try that. . . I also say track all your food. If you need anything, please don't hestiate to ask!

Well I am a 19 year old mother of 2. I have a 2 month old and an 11 month old. I dont really have a lot of support with losing weight and since i had both my children back to back im not really sure how to lose the weight. Can anyone give me tips or advice on how to help go about the process?
