have you tried preparing meals at the beginning of the week and freezing them until needed. just a suggestion if it would help.

I am Erica a new mom of a 10 wk old baby girl...I was overweight at pregnancy and managed to only gain 11 lbs..advice from doctor and I have taken an extended leave from work..so now I want to get on the health track but am having a hard time finding the time to cook nutritious food and exercise. Although recently I have started packing baby in the snugly to go for long walks and to do lunges and squats! Any tips and advice would be fantastic!
