I have a 6 year old daughter a 2 year old son and a 4 month old son, felt like I was pregnant for two years...it was an amazing excuse not to worry about what I was eating and now I am paying for it...I started eating much much much better, and also I am doing Jillian Michales 30 day shred, it is amazing. I have had 3 C-sections and I am noticing a huge difference. I bought the DVD for 10$ and it is worth every penny....I can see what I remember to be a flat belly starting to re-appear.

Yes it will eventually go away! It's just very frustrating until you get there. I had a c-section with my son 17 years ago and with my daughter last year. I still feel "fluffy" but I know that with my son my stomach started showing more definition and wasn't as squishy in about 18 months.....I couldn't imagine having twins! That would be way more difficult I think- but don't give up on yourself.

Yes!! It will go away! Patience is key, though. I had a c-section 3 years ago and I hated what it did to my body, it took a year for the swelling to really go down to somewhere around normal. Even when I wore a bathing suit I could still see where the scar was. That was a big reason (among many!) of why I insisted on a VBAC for my second baby this past April. Now my scar is completely gone, can not be noticed. My core is starting to really come together after being stretched out by pregnancy, but it has taken and will continue to take a lot of work...

Don't give up!! Our bodies were made to have children and it will bounce back, but we have to work at it! I still have a ways to go but I love seeing results so there is no way I'm giving up! We can do it, ladies!

Hello! I can't tell you if it's going to go away or not, but I can 100% commiserate!! I'm wondering the same thing myself. I had a c-section and have heard that sometimes that makes it worse. I feel like no matter what I do, this flab will always be there! I wish I could give you some advice, but all I have to offer is my support as someone going through the same thing! Big hugs!

Yes, it will go away! It may take awhile and it probably won't be easy but if you REALLY want it, you can do it! Hang in there! Don't give up! Most importantly, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! You can do it!
