A couple of ideas. Are you breastfeeding? If so make sure you're eating enough calories everyday. If you dip below that could backfire. Also, remember that our bodies water weight can be different on any given day. I've also found that weighing myself naked and at the same time each day has helped give me more consistent numbers to go by.

I just had a new baby in August and gained way too much weight with the pregnancy. All week long I've been eating healthy, tracking my food, and doing some serious exercising (which is no small feat since I'm chasing around 2 little ones). Anyway I thought that I would see at least a little drop in the scale but instead I gained 3 lbs. How in the heck does that happen and what am I doing wrong?! Does anyone have any suggestions?
