I'm back. Bigger than before but more determined too. I hope to get pregnant sometime in 2013 but want to be healthy before and during. Let's get this team back to life and drop some pounds too.

Hi Guys
Its been ages I have checked on this group. I delivered my second baby on Jan 17th and now I am all set to lose the weight.
I havent started any kind of exercise yet, but will start from tomorrow, so thought of logging to the site and update the profile , goals etc.

Walked to work yesterday and Turbo Jam today. I snacked a bit last night but did well during the day. Starting fresh again today.

Need to remotivate myself. Walked to work yesterday and took the kids for a walk this morning. I think there should be a calculation for walking, pushing a stroller through the snow. I'm sure it burns alot more calories than just walking.

Didn't work out yesterday and ate crappy snacks but....I did Turbo Sculpt today as penance. Sculpt always makes me sweat hard and feel the burn. Especially the day after. If I make it through the day strong I would like to do Turbo Jam tonight. We'll see.

A glimmer of success! 135.4lb it's a little loss but it's something. Now I'm getting motivated to continue.
I walked to work Monday but hope to workout sometime today.

20 minute Turbo Jam.
I'm not finding it too hard to exercise (still have to force myself) but my eating is crappy. I especially find I snack too much on junk. I'm able to resist the snacks at work but by evening my will power is lacking. The first step is admitting though right? LOL.

Turbo Jam Cardio Party, yep I'm trying to lose weight and 2012 is the year! We want to go away on vacation at the end of March and we have a wedding end of July. So, I want 5lb by March and 10 or more by July. Possible? Yes. I can do it.

I haven't been walking or doing my exercise videos but I did ride my bike to work 5 days this week. Every little bit of activity counts right? LOL.

Woohoo, people are joining in!
I went for a walk with both kids in the stroller today. It was a beautiful day and thought I had better enjoy what's left of the warm weather.
Hoping to do Turbo Jam tonight but we'll see how much motivation is left after the kids are in bed.

Did Turbo Sculpt Sunday morning and my legs are killing me. I know it's a good workout but can't wait until I'm strong enough not to ache afterwords. Only more workouts like that will make it so.

Busy week. Didn't exercise or eat particularly well but I didn't gain either. So, try again next week and see what happens. It's getting cooler fast here so I'd better get out walking before my excuse starts being that it's too cold.

Went for a good walk this evening. Quiet time with the dog. I'm a little sad that Fall has come so quickly here. I find it hard to believe how early it's getting dark. Each step I try to remind myself that this is for me.

New goal: Look awesome in a dress for July 28 2012. Yes, a wedding. My brother in law just got engaged and I want to look great at the wedding. It's quite reasonable to lose 10-15lb before then. I just have to quit with the evening munchies and stick to healthy daytime choices. I'm already cutting back how much Coke I drink so that will help.
Motivation is good.

Trying to find motivation to work out. Frustrated with my husband over spending and budget. Want to do something selfish and end up eating. I want to be thinner but eat instead. Now to work off what I shoved in my mouth so it doesn't end up on my butt!

So I've been back to work for a month already. I've only gotten rides to and from work twice (it was raining). I don't think I've lost any weight though. Tonight I finally did an exercise video once the kids were sleeping. Felt good to workout but I'm sure I'll feel it more tomorrow.
Still have to work on reducing the evening snacks and cutting out the Coke.

I'm doing well. I've been getting out for walks and went for a little bike tonight. Eating right seems harder than I thought. I find it hard to get enough protein and I realize that I eat alot of junk.
Back to work next week. I will be walking or biking to and from work so that will be my exercise for now. Packing a lunch ahead will also help with the daytime snacking. Just have to curb the evening cravings. It's so hard when my hubby is eating snacks on the sofa in front of me.

My baby girl is 1 today! Hard to believe we made it through the year. Can't wait for all the rest.

I had lost the baby weight and then regained it over the winter. Back watching what I eat and trying to be active. Hopefully I can get my old body back. I'm proud of my body for making my two beautiful babies and now I want to take care of myself so I feel good about myself but also so that I'm a positive example for my kids.

Again trying to get back on track. I did gain over the winter and haven't lost any of that yet. I'm hoping once I'm walking/biking to and from work I'll lose a bit. It will also help control my snacking as I won't have easy access to food all the time.
I went for a walk last night (my dog is in worse shape than me) and am tracking food. Next week we're heading away for a bit so I'll just try to eat well and be active while we're gone.

I have a daughter that will turn two on friday and a baby that was born in August. I'm trying to lose now 40lbs by summer!!!

50lbs to lose from 2 beautiful daughters in 2 years! So worth it!

My baby was born in August. I really thought that I would have more of this weight off by now but I could not get my eating under control. I'm now back to tracking my food so that is really helping me staying within my ranges.

Time flies!
So, 2011 a New Year and a fresh start. I've gained weight but really want to be losing. I started yesterday by not eating junk. I'm not going to restrict myself 100% but control how much junk instead of binging. I want to start getting some exercise too but at least eating better is a start.

I had my 4th child in June. I was at my biggest weight before pregnancy. i'd had a miscarriage 9 months earlier and had never lost the weight from that, a sedintary job, quit smoking, depressed, ttc...i had lost 65lb here after my 3rd but i gained it back and the gained more during that pregnany than any before. I was 10lb bigger than ever when i got home from the hospital. I've lost 60lbs since them and only have 5lb to my goal, 7lb to my previous weight and I'm about 18lb below my prepregnancy weight now but i definatly want to get this last bit off for good!

poor thing! Mine has been fussy between the hours of 9pm to about midnight or sometimes later here lately. I hope to start my routine Oct 1 which is also same day as my 6 week check. I have been doing some cardio on my eliptical machine at home.

I can't believe I am down over 70 pounds since last year!

I got the official OK today from my Dr. to do anything I feel comfortable doing. So, no excuses.

My son was born June 2008, daughter July 2010. Seems like we're in the same kiddie boat.

Yep I am on babyfit but I do not check in very often these days. Busy busy with new baby and 2.5 year old, work and sparkpeople!

Forgot to mention, Katelyn is very gassy so I'm trying to avoid caffeine (for me that's Coke), cheese and milk. I think it has helped both the gasiness and the weight loss.

Pinkcat are you on babyfit too? I think I recognize your picture.

I finally did an exercise video. I started yesterday with the aerobics and then today got to finish with the yoga and stretch.
Tomorrow I hope to do the whole thing uninterrupted. It's not a very difficult workout but at least I'm moving.

I had my second baby July 28 2010, my first is 2 yrs old. I'm not working out (yet) but starting to eat better. My current weight is within 5lb of pre-pregnancy but I'd like to lose a bit more. I'm currently 135ish but I'm aiming for 120-125lb before my little girl's 1st birthday. I'm only 5'2" so that's within my healthy BMI range.

Anyone with me?
