I have a horrible sweet tooth... Anything sweet, esp chocolate and ice cream. I try to account for a little bit every couple of days so I don't feel like I'm cheating and give up.

My bad food habit isn't really food but coffee. I am obsessed with dunkin donuts iced coffee, I get it with cream, sugar, mocha syrup and whip cream! Oy no wonder I can't seem to lose anything right now.

Sweets are definitly my bad food habit (um.....did someone say double stuffed oreos?? ) and snacking at night. My goal is to keep busy at night to help break that habit. My 6 week old son keeps me busy so that helps.

Did you know that a double stuf oreo has 70 calories? 70 CALORIES!! That's one of my bad habits.. I can sit down and eat 10 double stuf oreos each night, for a whopping 700 calories. Or, it's ice cream... my thing lately has been mt. dew floats or vanilla with strawberry and pineapple toppings.
So... my habit is junk... I need to incorporate fruits in place of my junk and switch from my daily habit of two 20 ounce bottles of mt. dew to unsweetened iced tea.
I have a lot of bad food habits unfortunately. First of all, I just tend to eat junk all the time. It's what's "convenient" and I always go for it. I also am guilty of mindlessly snacking...ALL afternoon long. *sigh* Next month I am working on food for my goals! I need to get this in check before my daughter picks up my bad habits!
My bad food habit is the same as MARIETJ's. I wait too long to eat and get way to hungry. I end up either snacking while I'm preparing something to eat or just devouring as much as possible. I can't seem to get in the small meals often enough because I get too busy.
I LOVE to have a cup of hot chocolate at work every morning. I think it's just a "routine" that I've established that became a habit. That's 120 calories I could be skipping to help reduce my daily caloric intake!! Argh!
