I have a horrible sweet tooth... Anything sweet, esp chocolate and ice cream. I try to account for a little bit every couple of days so I don't feel like I'm cheating and give up.

Yeah, I had to cut the blended coffee addiction too Gabby. My favorite is McDonald's or Dairy Queen.

I was "bad" last night and let my husband talk me into Dairy Queen. It put me about 500 over my daily limit!! That won't happen again this week!

My bad food habit isn't really food but coffee. I am obsessed with dunkin donuts iced coffee, I get it with cream, sugar, mocha syrup and whip cream! Oy no wonder I can't seem to lose anything right now.

Sweets are definitly my bad food habit (um.....did someone say double stuffed oreos?? emoticon ) and snacking at night. My goal is to keep busy at night to help break that habit. My 6 week old son keeps me busy so that helps.

Did you know that a double stuf oreo has 70 calories? 70 CALORIES!! That's one of my bad habits.. I can sit down and eat 10 double stuf oreos each night, for a whopping 700 calories. Or, it's ice cream... my thing lately has been mt. dew floats or vanilla with strawberry and pineapple toppings.

So... my habit is junk... I need to incorporate fruits in place of my junk and switch from my daily habit of two 20 ounce bottles of mt. dew to unsweetened iced tea.

I have a lot of bad food habits unfortunately. First of all, I just tend to eat junk all the time. It's what's "convenient" and I always go for it. I also am guilty of mindlessly snacking...ALL afternoon long. *sigh* Next month I am working on food for my goals! I need to get this in check before my daughter picks up my bad habits!

I'm embarrassed to admit it but ANOTHER one of my bad food habits is finishing my kids food. If it's laying around, I will pick it up and put it in my mouth. I have to get better about that.

My bad food habit is the same as MARIETJ's. I wait too long to eat and get way to hungry. I end up either snacking while I'm preparing something to eat or just devouring as much as possible. I can't seem to get in the small meals often enough because I get too busy.

Blended coffee...Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm emoticon

I have to avoid it all together, like I do ice cream. I've been playing with different home mixtures...it's not frozen but almost as good.

My bad food habit is when I wait too long to eat, and get way too hungry... then I binge on all the bad stuff. Plus I have a very strong sweet tooth that I really need to work on. Sigh.

My bad food habit is not so much the food as it's the when. I eat when I am stressed, or frustrated and I'm both of those a lot lately. Ugh. Still doing better than before though. =)

I LOVE to have a cup of hot chocolate at work every morning. I think it's just a "routine" that I've established that became a habit. That's 120 calories I could be skipping to help reduce my daily caloric intake!! Argh!
