OK, so I've been slacking really bad since Friday. So today, i kicked myself in the butt and set myself some new rules and guidelines. I went to the gym and pushed myself to do a good cardio and strength training workout. It felt SOOOO GOOD! I'm glad i did it, and am really excited about the next 2 days before my weigh-in on Friday to push myself even more! I'm hoping to at least see a little weight lose this week, that will refuel my motivation!Wish me luck with my new routine!!
