Try a pair of insoles to help tighten it up so there is less room for your feet to slip around. Blister guards that you actually attach to the shoe may be a good solution as well.

I have been walking/running on my treadmill but have been getting bad blisters on the back of my heels. I have tried band aids, gauze, creams just about everything. It's really discouraging since it hurts to walk/run with it. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening in the first place and what I can do for the ones I already have? emoticon
