I hear you on the toys- I try to cull fairly frequently and sometimes I just realise that there's a toy that we can't stand and that she will never miss if it's not there... ::grin::

Anything that she's too old for goes to friends' kids or the Little Liberty thrift store. Anything that she hasn't played with for a while gets set in a different part of the room, and if she doesn't move it from there, it disappears... ::grin::

(for the record, I'm not saying that this works, just that it is my desperate attempt to keep up with all the toys! ::grin::)

Good Sunday Morning Everyone!

I'm not sure about the pet pee, but I'm sure it does, they do have one at target especially for "kids and pets", they do seem to make just as mess as one of the other. I'm lucky that my cats all three of them don't pee on the carpet. I do have a cat that from time to time will pee and poo on my daughters bed, which is so frustrating that they would chose her bed. Our youngest male is in desperate need to be fixed, and he is terrorizing my other two cats, both of which are fixed. How we ended up with 3 cats in 800 sq. feet to live in, is beyond me, anyone want a cat or two...lol

OMG I have clutter coming out of everywhere, anyone feel overwhelmed by a birthday or holiday. It seems every time we double our toys, which were already too much. I just don't feel right giving away perfectly good toys. Where do you ladies draw the line? Oy!

Hey Gabby, does it get out cat pee? Our carpets are SO gross!!

Jen, don't feel bad about clutter. I'm right there with you. I love the show Clean House because it makes me feel better about my clutter! LOL!

Hey Girls!!!

Hey Jen are you following flylady this month, her habit is to spend 15 minutes decluttering. I would love to get a cleaning service. Speaking of cleaning, if you guys ever get a chance to watch the BBC how clean is your house show, it will motivate you to clean. Its a really gruesome cleaning show where they show you how gross a house is,makes me feel better about mine :)

I'm still working on getting all my things to the unemployment office, I feel a lot better after talking to a good friend from work. She was shocked and felt that its completely ridiculous too, the problem with the school I work for is that it is not a union and its their word vs. mine!

So far being a stay at home mom has been hectic. I have managed to get some things done, but I'm pretty much chasing after the babies all day, and re cleaning their messes.

I found the best carpet cleaner ever too, its resolve high traffic. It got just about every stain out! I'm so in love and highly recommend, it was about 3 bucks!

Hope you enjoy the weekends everyone!!!

Since I went back to work, I felt like it was my money to spend. I said if it cost less than four hours of pay, I would go for it, and that's exactly what it cost. I've just been working on cleaning up the clutter around here and I'm so ashamed of how much stuff I've accumulated! Believe me, my house doesn't look like an episode of Hoarders or anything! But I have books and clothes coming out my wazoo!

Good evening ladies! We have had a fun day. We went to watch Emma's basketball game but there wasn't enough space in the gym for us to watch so Brady & I stayed outside and played basketball ourselves. It was fun and, hopefully, counted as a little bit of exercise!!

Then we had a playdate with some friends in the afternoon. The kids were CRAZY, running around and shouting. Thankfully, they got a lot of it out of their systems before their dad got home so we had a nice couple of hours with him before he had to go to bed.

I am now FINALLY watching this week's episode of The Biggest Loser.

MOXY, I LOVE the Puppy Bowl! Thanks for reminding me about it! The kids and I will be sure to watch!! And, by the way, it still gets pretty wet & windy here. That's our winter! ;-)

Hey GOTHICDRAGONFLY, thanks so much for joining in on our roll call and welcome to the team!!!

Jeni, it's so funny that you treated yourself to a cleaning service because I had a realization this past week that for us a cleaning service is not a luxury, it's a necessity to help us stay sane! Quite simply, if it's up to my hubby & I, our house is not going to get clean and it's just going to stress us out more and more. So when we get a little more financially stable, that is one of the first things that we are going to invest in!!

Hope everyone is having a great week-end!

Probably not doing anything special for the Superbowl, though I love watching the commercials. I'm hoping for something new from the e-trade baby. I love him! Will be continuing to work on decluttering the house. I treated myself to a cleaning service and they're coming on Tuesday, but it's kind of useless if they have to work around my piles of stuff :(

Hey all!

Party for tonight was cancelled- for good reason it turned out. We live closest, so we went over to our friends' to hang out anyway. We got there at 7 and the snow was just starting...we left a little before 11 and there was 4". I got the snow off the walk and the driveway (driving home was "fun") and the snow is just coming down...::sigh::

Sunday- we are having an UnSuper Bowl party- we don't care about any team and we are starting with the Puppy Bowl!! The cutest two hours of TV every year! I'm going to try to stick to protein foods (chili, low fat buffalo chicken dip with celery, maybe some wings) and stay away from breads and the like.

Hope everyone has a great time! Stay warm! (yeah yeah, CA we know...::grin::)

Okay girls, here's the roll call for the week-end. It's Super Bowl week-end...any big plans? Are you going to try to stay within your calorie range or just forget about it and have fun? My hubby will be working on Super Bowl Sunday so there won't be much temptation for me!

I'm kind of sleepy tonight. Might be heading to be "early" for a Friday.
