I have been busy, busy, busy but I managed to get three workouts in this week, which is pretty good for me so I'm proud of that! But, unfortunately, I was right about this week not being good for me for weight loss. I gained 0.2 lbs. Grrrr.
PARKER1031, I'm so sorry to hear about the added stress you have with your hubby quitting his job! You know, the one thing I have really learned from Jillian Michaels on The Biggest Loser is that stress REALLY keeps you from losing weight. Maybe the best thing for you to do right now for your workouts is yoga. That will help you to relieve some of your stress and get your body back in tune! Hang in there! I am sending lots of positive energy your way!
