Need some help! I'm SO hungry ALL of the time. I'm following the calorie recommendations set up here on SP and even on the HIGH end I am starving.
Just had a baby 5 months ago and just finished nursing him, so I'm not sure if it's just that my body hasn't adjusted to not needing the extra calories.
It's not just me wanting the feeling of being stuffed, it's actual physical hunger pangs and my stomach growling. I've upped my water consumption to 16 glasses a day and tried to earge larger volumes of low calorie foods like green veggies and filling up on fiber but it's not helping.
I've lost three pounds in the past 2 weeks, so I AM losing but I'm afraid if I just remain SOO hungry I'm going to end up failing because I won't be able to stick with the plan.
Anyone have any other ideas?
