Thanks ladies!

I do agree that my stomach needs to shrink, I think my body is just so used to me eating to capacity from the pregnancy and then nursing. I'm just going crazy in the meantime. I'll try the gum idea and eating more zero points foods!! Thanks :)

It may seem silly, but I find that chewing gum really helps when I feel extra hungry. It gets the saliva moving in your mouth (which is good for your teeth as well!) and tricks your stomach into thinking it is getting real food. Also keep that fruit handy. An apple can really fill you up.

Sadly you might just have to wait for your stomach to shrink a bit. Once it does you will find that you don't get so hungry. You stomach wants to be full, but it will shrink!!

Good Morning! It sounds like your doing everything right. Have you added calories if you work out, sometimes that helps. From a weight watchers perspective, I would try to eat some zero point foods like vegetables that really don't take too many calories. I know I like to add peanut butter to things to help keep me full longer. I can only imagine that your body is just not used to the change, but woo hoo on 3lbs lost already! Also, try eating smaller meals closer together, that really helps me sometimes. It feels like your eating all day but your getting the same calories! Good luck and keep us posted!!!

Need some help! I'm SO hungry ALL of the time. I'm following the calorie recommendations set up here on SP and even on the HIGH end I am starving.

Just had a baby 5 months ago and just finished nursing him, so I'm not sure if it's just that my body hasn't adjusted to not needing the extra calories.

It's not just me wanting the feeling of being stuffed, it's actual physical hunger pangs and my stomach growling. I've upped my water consumption to 16 glasses a day and tried to earge larger volumes of low calorie foods like green veggies and filling up on fiber but it's not helping.

I've lost three pounds in the past 2 weeks, so I AM losing but I'm afraid if I just remain SOO hungry I'm going to end up failing because I won't be able to stick with the plan.

Anyone have any other ideas?
