I think all you can do is try to lead by example. I'm trying to get my husband to eat a healthier diet. I can help him at home by preparing healthy meals, and I got him to join the Y with me, but what he does on his own time (which is go through the fast food drive thru) is something I can't control.
Has anyone motivated their husband or significant other to workout and eat healthy to lose weight? My Husband is at an unhealthy weight and he wants to slim down. But he refuses to give up soda and junk food and won't exercise. He thinks that by taking an appetite suppressant and eating snack cakes and Reese's instead of lunch will do the trick. I don't just want him to lose weight, I want him to be healthy! Any advice?
