I have 5 goals today:

Get 5 fruits or veggies in
8 glasses of water
NO candy, cookies, or ice cream
strength training tonight
track ALL of my food

So far, so good. I've had all of my fruits and veggies, had 5 glasses of water, tracked everything so far, and have avoided the junk food! WOOHOO!

I will blow up my stability ball today and hopfully use it tonight. (I am a bit crampy right now because I had an IUD put in at the doctors today so I'm not sure if I will feel up to a workout.)
