Lately I've been eating oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar. I should really add some fruit to it also. The problem I have is that I really don't have time to eat until my son goes down for his first nap, which is after I've been awake about 2 hours.
I really like the Hodgson Mills Oatmeal with a banana cut up in it. It has a lot of protein and fiber and with the banana I can get in a serving of fruit.

I do the same thing almost every day: an egg white sandiwch on a whole wheat English muffin, with a slice of reduced fat pepper jack cheese. I prep them the night before, and then just toast the muffin and warm the egg when I get to the office.

I have been eating oatmeal, soft boiled eggs, a homemade egg sandwich, and cereal. Sometimes I will eat wheat pancakes too. It's good to change things up and do a variety then to keep eating the same thing over and over again.
Same problem here. I'm now having the same problem. I need something quick to prep and eat since by the time breakfast hits I'm usually already late heading out the door. My old pre-baby breakfast of pb on wheat with a 4oz yogurt won't fly now that I'm breastfeeding (pb gives my lil guy the runs...). So I'm down to microwaved 2 eggs (or egg whites) on wheat toast- which I'm so over now. And oatmeal is only a once in a blue moon option for me cause it sends my blood sugar sky high (I have type 1 diabetes, btw). Soooo I too need some suggestions. HELP!!!
I drink a Slimfast shake (generic brand) while I'm getting ready for work, just to get something in my tummy. (You should eat within an hour of waking up and I work out in the morning so I have to get something in there ASAP!) Then I have a breakfast sandwich on my way to work, which I make with an Oroweat Sandwich Thin, one scrambled egg and a slice of cheese. I also sometimes have oatmeal with some cottage cheese mixed in. Target has AWESOME steel cut oatmeal with berries in the frozen foods area. You definitely want to get some protein and a complex carb so it will stick with you for a little bit.
Does anyone else have any breakfast suggestions?

I have the same problem every morning. I never know what to eat for breakfast, i don't want cold cereal becuase i'm hungry an hour later, but what else should I have? I usually end up waiting until i figure out what to eat and by then its noon and i haven't eaten all morning. what do you guys eat in the morning?
