I drink a Slimfast shake (generic brand) while I'm getting ready for work, just to get something in my tummy. (You should eat within an hour of waking up and I work out in the morning so I have to get something in there ASAP!) Then I have a breakfast sandwich on my way to work, which I make with an Oroweat Sandwich Thin, one scrambled egg and a slice of cheese. I also sometimes have oatmeal with some cottage cheese mixed in. Target has AWESOME steel cut oatmeal with berries in the frozen foods area. You definitely want to get some protein and a complex carb so it will stick with you for a little bit.
Does anyone else have any breakfast suggestions?
