Making time to do so. They are putting in a freeweight room at work, and I can't wait for it to open. It's literally 100 steps from my desk, I won't have any excuses then!
I have to agree. I am my biggest obstacle. There is nothing standing in my way to be healthier, I seem to be just full of excuses each and every day.
