the winter time does make it more challenging to get good fresh fruit but that is also when you can get honeycrisp apples, those are the sooooo good

I can't believe I am down over 70 pounds since last year!

I usually do good with fruits and veggies in the summer when they are everywhere but the winter months its a little more of a challenge to get fresh I'm sure I don't get the full 5 servings a day but I have been trying to make a conscious effort

I have fruit with breakfast and lunch everyday plus I have one-two servings at dinner and occasionally I have a late night snack of grapes. If I have the 2 servings at dinner and the snack later that puts me at 5, if not then it is 3-4.

I know I should eat more snacks but im so full from eating fruit at the first two meals that Im not hungry at all for snacks before dinner

I can't believe I am down over 70 pounds since last year!

For the most part I do pretty good, I try to eat an orange and an apple everyday, but then I realize that is just two servings not, 5-8. I should eat a salad too, that would def. help.

I do pretty good, which is easy since I love fruits & veggies but I could still do better. I feel sorry for people like my friend Shannon; she doesn't like veggies AT ALL!! It must be so hard to try to eat "clean" when you don't like veggies!!

How are you doing on your "freggies" (fruits & veggies)? Are you getting your "5 a day"? Why or why not?
