I can actually add to this conversation, I hadn't read a book in ages!

BUT, I was without net for 2 weeks and I finally re-read and finish "A New Earth" by Eckart Tolstoy. It was a good read, I agree with most of his philosophies about self awareness and living in the moment. It's about how we need to evolve as people and discover our true purpose. I will probably re-read it again again in a few months to refresh and see if i have continued to grow and have improved self awareness.

I am currently reading "Trillion Dollar Moms" and "Think and Grow Rich" (yes, I'm on a self-improvement kick!). I highly recommend Trillion Dollar Mom if you have your own business because it talks about how profitable it is to market to moms. And I recommend Think and Grow Rich to anyone and everyone (Gabby - are you reading this!?! LOL!). It's just such an awesome and inspiring book!!

As far as fiction, I really enjoyed "The Time Traveler's Wife". Different but really good!

Jeni, my hubby was thinking about reading "The Shack". I'll let him know you recommend it!!

Gabby, I've heard so many people talk about "Tuesdays with Morrie", I'm going to have to break down and read it!!

I really haven't read any book, I should though. My favorite of all time is still "Tuesday's with Morie" by mitch album( i'm not sure if that how its spelled)
I also love Nicholas sparks! His stories are great but seem to always end tragic!
