I have always measured my upper arm, my waist, hips, chest and calves and nothing has changed! I even had a trainer at the gym measure me and the same results :( so confused :( I havent checked my body fat - I am going to see what that is........

Hmmm...you have me stumped on this one!! LOL! If your clothes are fitting then it would seem like your measurements are changing! Are you taking your own measurements or do you have someone else taking them for you? What about your body fat? Are you following that as well? I'm curious how that has changed.

are you measuring in the same place each time? is your tape measure stretching?

I can't believe I am down over 70 pounds since last year!

I am so proud of myself for losing 20 pounds but I havent lost any inches on any parts of my body?? and I dont understand how that can be!!!! Even though I am fitting in to clothes that I did not fit in previously why havent my measurements changed??? So frustrated :(
