I have no idea, lol. I guess that's up to us. I guess we can check in once a week or once a day . .. .maybe we can set up a goal for the week and see how we are doing. I am taking a break from weight watchers b/c money. I guess my 2 goals are to track my healthy food (b/c I don't want to eat the crap!) and weigh in next week.

I know what you mean about losing motivation. It has always been easy for me to feel overwhelmed, and lately discouaged because nothing seems to be working. So much so that I don't feel like I am qualified to give advice, but your idea of walking at lunch time sound like a good idea! There is almost nothing that a little sunshine and walking can't cure.
Hi IrishGirl. It is a good gym and I like that classes are included and not an additional cost. My husband gets a discounted rate through his employer and pays twice as less than I do. Maybe you can see if that is an option for you. But, there are many great ways to workout at home and it saves time too. Don't let not being a member of a gym stop you! I need different motivation from time-to-time and am asking because I am looking for someone to go to the gym with.
