My name is Virginia I've use Sparkpeople on and off for 2 years. But now I am back on track and will be using it again because it does help.

I joined a gym last week and have been doing really good. Trying to watch what I eat and attempting to stay motivated. My energy level has already increased and my stress levels are done.

I need all the support I can get in this lifestyle change. emoticon
