I get the pretzels once in a blue moon but I retain fluid so badly I try to steer clear of those as well.

I still drink the diet sodas and have no concrete plan to stop. I also prefer baked Cheetos over the regular kind. The rest of that list isn't on my grocery list. Phew!emoticon

I used to drink the diet soda's all the time but I've only had 1 in 5 months and that was 2 days ago. Doubt I'll have another one any time soon.
