When do you work out and why then? After work and after dinner. That way, I can come home, get dinner fixed and out of the way. DH is happy that I am home (and cooking!) and it keeps me from pigging too much. If I eat too much before the gym, I can't work as hard. PLUS, I hate mornings!!! LOL!
Does it vary depending on your workout? Weekends are generally a longer workout, so I tend to go first thing in the morning.
The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
I got right after work during the week because that is when my favorite step class is at the gym. On Saturday I go to the gym first thing because I love the sculpt and spin classes they have then.

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
Weekdays I workout right after work, weekends I go to the gym first thing in the morning. (Unless the weather is nice enough for a hike, then it's an all day long workout!)
That's just what works best with my schedule and when the best classes are.
They can't read or write but they sure can multiply. Please spay or neuter your pets.

I prefer to do my workouts first thing in the morning. That's my time to myself. If I wait until later in the day I'll find an excuse not to exercise. I also love the way I feel when I do workout in the morning. I have more energy all day. If I do get more exercise in over my lunch hour or in the evening that's just a bonus.
One day at a time, sometimes one meal at a time.
This is a little different. One of our members posted that she worked out at 5:30 yesterday morning and it got we wondering:
When do you work out and why then? Does it vary depending on your workout?
So your challenge is to answer those questions above, who knows we may all learn something.
If you don't dare to begin, you don't stand a chance of getting there.
