I joined a produce club where you get an assortment of fresh, local produce once a week. All organic, too. If fruit and vegetables are in the house, and you have paid for them, you will eat them. Not only that, but they taste much much better than what is at the grocery store. So there are 3 good motivators: taste, money, and availability. Of course, it is more work!! I have to look up recipes for how to use some of the unusual things I get. Thinking of eating in a restaurant one night when feeling lazy??? Well, I see the onions, garlic, and broccoli sitting there looking sad, so I force myself to cook. Afterwards, I AM SO GLAD!!!
