I found my motivation this morning - I listened to SparkRadio earlier today while cleaning house and decided to start a new streak - I reset my goals and decided I would visit one SparkTeam and two SparkFriend a day... now I can always visit more if I have time but I figure this is achievable with out spending too much time on my behind not focusing on fitness. I figure if I am checking in with everyone daily it will encourage me to log my nutrition and fitness.
Today I am going to visit all my teams and leave this message so I can get started. Then I will begin rotating around.
