I have a few stations on Pandora (user name MSDRPEPPER) that might be suitable for workout music - one is a REBOUNDING music - forget the exact title, and seems like I have one that is loosely based on the one that BOSS61 created on his Rhapsody account using his songs as seeds. I think if you search for MSDRPEPPER you can find the list of stations. Oh wait, I even have a tiny SparkTeam called Roku & Pandora or some such, just look for Roku - because Roku has a Pandora channel that you can tie into Roku and hear your stations on Roku. That way, when I'm on the rebounder, I can "jog" on it using my Rebounder music. I know I've started playlists for Running 120-150 BPM (beats per min) or something like that, the idea being to select music that would be good for running or rebounding where the MUSIC's beat per second is like 120 BPM - but my HEART RATE very often goes up higher (I have to keep it around 130-135 BMP to keep from going too high until my cardio is strengthened and I can take a higher heart rate.
So anyway that might be fun to make more connections there on the Pandora station!!

My favorite station to move to lately has been On the Floor - I only keep fast, upbeat songs on there. It's got JLO's new song (hence the name) and a bunch of Pit Bull but also Maroon 5 and a bunch of other randoms. So GREAT though!
