At least i didn't gain Today was weigh in and i weighed 190.5. I went down half a pound. Last week i went down 3 pounds. I was really hoping that i would get out out of the 190s this week but i will admit that I cheated this weekend. So i'm starting over with getting back on track with my diet and i am going to try to drink more water. Who knows, maybe next week i will have a good weigh in. Either way, i am not giving up.
