A younger Canadian band is Faber Drive (awesome in concert)...they have a bunch of great songs but my fav to workout to is called "Killing Me".

I also like working out with my Bowflex to Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park, Evanescence, Jimmy Eats World and Blink 182

And I thought the song "All These Things I Hate" was by Bullet For My Valentine?

I like me some LCD Soundsystem for my workouts! Especially mixes of the song "Yeah."

I like the killers, Artic monkeys, Danko Jones. But sometimes I need some fast Salsa or Reggeton.

If you're in need of some new alternativeish music to workout to, you should check out: The Higher, The Faint, Acceptance, Anarbor, Arctic Monkeys, The Chinese Stars, Envy On The Coast... I could probably add more if you need different suggestions.

I've lately put Duffy's Mercy on my playlist to work out. Everytime I hear it, the song makes me kinda smile which wakes me up. Sometimes I'll slow down in my workouts, I just zone out. But this song wakes me up and brings me back to what's going on atm. :)

Panic At the Disco! has some pretty upbeat stuff too.

The band She Wants Revenge always gets me through. Most of their songs are jogging speed; it's really easy to run to the beat.

Other bands I like are Clap Your Hands Say Yeah! and Oh No! Oh My!

3OH! 3 is a really good choice for upbeat songs. Also Metro Station (like "Shake It") is really good.

Hi - I usually run to the faster paced hip hop music, but a couple of good alternative songs I wanted to share are:

All These Things That I've Done, and of course,
Mr. Brightside
both by The Killers.

They're great for keeping me running. Any other Alternative Music suggestions?

If you refuse to accept anything but the very best, you will very often get it.
